Actor, Jackie Chan, Hurts Himself Again During Filming

It?s not all about play-acting when it comes to dangerous stunts in films starring Jackie Chan. This 52 year old actor, best known for his roles in films such as ?Rob-B-Hood? and other action movies, has hurt himself several times in the past while making movies. This time, Chan re-injured his chest while filming ?Rush Hour 3? after a table was flung at him during a scene-shoot.

Last March, while filming for ?Rob-B-Hood?, Chan was hurt in the chest after a stuntman, who was accidentally wearing the wrong shoes, kicked the star hard in the chest. The same chest area was injured when a steel-enforced table was thrown at Chan recently, however Chan reassured his public via his website that the injuries were not serious. Chan tried to continue filming with the pain in his chest by taking painkillers and wearing a stunt belt, however the producers soon insisted that he seek medical help. Doctors ruled out that he was suffering from any internal injuries or broken bones.

Chan?s new movie, ?Rush Hour 3?, the third in his successful ?Rush Hour? series where he stars alongside Chris Tucker as a policeman, is due out next year. Chan?s fan adore his clever stunts and witty lines, but sometimes fail to understand that the violence in his movies can actually cause serious injuries ? as can be seen in the two recent incidents.
