Britney Spears Turns Wild Child

Celebrating her new life as free and single, Britney Spears has decided to make the most of her new status and spent the holiday weekend partying till dawn in the company of socialites, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. Many industry experts fear, however, that Britney is sending out the wrong message that may backfire on her singing career. They feel that while partying and having fun is not a bad thing per se, Spears should tread carefully and consider the fact that she is now a mother.

25-year old Spears split from her husband, Kevin Federline (K-Fed) last month. The couple applied for a divorce only 8 weeks after the birth of their second son. They also have a 1 year old. Since the separation, the press has had a field of a day, anticipating whether K-Fed would publicly drag his ex through the mud in a ?tell-all? book that he is planning to write, and whether he would demand more than the $250,000 that he is entitled to by pre-nuptial agreement.

But while it is understandable that Britney Spears is ready to celebrate after ending a bad marriage, she has been warned that a wild-child image could affect her success as a singer. Since becoming a mother, Spears has put her singing career on hold and now that she is ready for a comeback, her public image needs to be ?cleaned-up?. Flashing her crotch at newspaper reporters and swinging at LA hotspots with Hilton and Lohan certainly doesn?t contribute to a cleaner image, according to industry experts.
