Pitt and Jolie take a Break in Vietnam

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt took a welcome break from intense filming to holiday in Vietnam. Unfortunately, their need to escape the media frenzy that has been following them since their arrival in India, showed no respite and the two were photographed at length during their tour to Vietnam. Local newspapers ran front-page photographs of the famous couple enjoying some quality time, riding a scooter in the Vietnam.

The couple began the first leg of their vacation in Cambodia which is the birthplace of their adopted son, Maddox. They then flew into Vietnam and authorities say that they are due to spend several days there. Jolie and Pitt ? initiators of charity programs for the world?s underprivileged children ? managed to pay a surprise visit to an orphanage in the south of Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City where they played with the children and handed out gifts and candy. The couple has two adopted children of their own and an infant daughter, born naturally earlier this year.

Brad Pitt, who owns a production company, brought his family to India last month to begin shooting the movie, ?A Mighty Heart?. The film will star Angelina Jolie as the wife of murdered journalist, Daniel Pearl, who was kidnapped and brutally beheaded by Islamic extremists in Pakistan in 2002. The film was initially meant to be filmed in Pakistan but authorities later expressed second thoughts about the permission that was granted.
