Desperate Housewives Launch a DVD

The stars of the popular entertainment series "Desperate Housewives", Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Eva Longoria and Nicolette Sheridan and other cast members gathered to celebrate the launch of the second`s season DVD. The new DVD is called "Desperate Housewives: The Complete Second Season, Extra Juicy Edition". In addition to the televised entertainment episodes, the set includes outtakes, behind-the-scenes footage and a storyline that never made it to the airwaves.

Longoria, who plays Gabrielle, said to an entertainment journalist: "I`m so proud of this DVD because I think once you see it, you`ll really realize how good Season Two was. This was definitely the best work I`ve ever done in my life". The entertainment fans and critics, however, do not agree and call the second season a disappointment.

Three episodes of the new season have already been shot, and a few details leaked at the DVD launch party. For example, the fact that Gabrielle`s and her husband`s problems to have a baby are somehow solved. Actor Kyle MacLachlan is returning as dentist Orson. In his last appearance, he drove his car into plumber Mike (James Denton), who ended up in a coma. Now Orson has his sights set on Marcia Cross`s character, Bree. The entertainment series fans will be waiting impatiently for the next season.
