The Star of "Will and Grace" is About to Conquer UK

Eric McCormack, the star of entertainment TV series "Will and Grace", will fly to the Edinburgh TV Festival. He will promote there his latest comedy series "Lovespring International", an improvised sitcom about a useless dating agency. The festival, which takes place every year, is attended by about 2,000 members of the entertainment and TV industry.

It takes place from 25 to 27 August, with headline guests including former US Vice-President Al Gore, South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and ITV chief executive Charles Allen. The entertainment series star, McCormack, is an actor, as well as executive producer of Lovespring International. Also with him appears Sean Hayes, who played Jack in "Will and Grace". The new entertainment show is about a group of neurotic matchmakers who are actually more in need of romantic assistance than their clients.

The Edinburgh entertainment and TV Festival is planning to include the show in its New Season Showcase strand. Also the former breakfast TV presenter Selina Scott will appear, ahead of the transmission of Betrayed by Television, her show on the quality of present-day programming.
