Choosing a Religion in Hollywood

Sure, being rich, famous and beautiful in Hollywood can certainly take its toll on you, but why do people in the entertainment world feel that joining a new religion will help them through the tough times? Between Scientology and Kabbalah it seems that every big Hollywood buff is trying to pick their side. Is this Team Aniston/Team Jolie all over again? Lindsay Lohan wants to try out Kabbalah to help her through the stresses of being a Hollywood teen queen.

The 19-year-old party chick will join Madonna, Britney Spears and Demi Moore, who are already famous followers of Judaism?s mystical offshoot. "I am looking into Kabbalah. All of us need something. You just have to grab on to whatever can get you through," Lindsay says. "Maybe it`s this business, but it seems everything can be so tough, so hard." But it?s not just fame that?s pushing her over the edge.

"Lindsay`s been through hell in the past year,? a source revealed to Britain?s The Daily Mirror newspaper. Her parents, Dina and Michael got divorced, suing and countersuing each other before her dad landed in jail for attempted assault on his brother-in-law. She`s admitted to eating disorders and dabbling in drugs and alcohol - as well as going on spending sprees when she was down. Perhaps the ancient Jewish studies of Kabbalah, intended only for the most learned of the Rabbis, will help Lohan find the road to recovery.
