`Artist Dinner` Promotes California Young Artists

The new generation of artists will be featured at the famous Marston`s Restaurant. The California Art Club is collaborating with this culinary eatery to launch an `Artist Dinner` and `Rising Young Star` art exhibitions to showcase the work of talented young California artists. Amery Bohling, a fresh new name in the California art world, will be featuring her artwork in the exhibition.

`After the tremendous success of last year`s exhibition with our Mentor Program Members at the club`s permanent gallery at The Old Mill in San Marino, we are thrilled to be able to continue to showcase the work of these up-and-coming artists at Marston`s Restaurant,` said artist Peter Adams, who serves as the Club`s president. `It is only appropriate that in a city like Pasadena, with world-class museums and rich cultural offerings, that art lovers have the place where they can enjoy fine art and fine dining at the same time.`

The first of these eight-week-long exhibitions will feature 10 paintings of 28-year-old Amery Bohling and will be on view from Wednesday, September 21st, to Sunday, November 13th. Bohling is one of the Club`s 32 Mentor Program Members - artists under the age of 30 who represent a new generation of California artists.
