Train Chartering Trains Used for Movies

For the most realistic train footage for a film, movie, or docudrama, Train Chartering has the trains that filmmakers need. This company has provided trains for movies starring big names like Jennifer Love Hewitt, Paul Nicholls, and Elijah Wood. A BBC ONE docudrama also used their trains. Train Chartering provided the film crews with modern train footage on the mainline railways and free use of platforms at regular railway stations (including a major London terminus).

The US company Outlaw Productions funded `If Only` with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Paul Nicholls. The romantic comedy was directed by Gil Junger and produced by Love Hewitt`s Love Spell Entertainment. The movie premiered at the 6th Sarasota Film Festival, Florida.

Elijah Wood starred in Green Street Hooligans, directed by Lexi Alexander for Odd Lot Releasing (USA). The hard-hitting movie about football hooligans was released in the US this month.

Train Chartering is the pioneer of a coordinated approach to sourcing, theming and crewing special trains for corporate and private events, film locations and airport or cruise liner transfers. This full service approach is enhanced by ground handling services at stations. The BBC were seeking realism for their production `Derailed`, a docudrama about Railtrack and the Paddington rail crash, screened on BBC ONE this month. Train Chartering assembled a train that had carriages with appropriately liveried interiors to represent two different trains.
