Florida Hurricane Relief Exhibit
Many people lost their homes during Hurricane Wilma`s wrath. Others also lost their place of bussiness. Two well-known artists, Joseph Sciallo and COL-E, both lost their studios in the hurricane. They have recently relocated and have moved their complete works to The East Boca Gallery Warehouse.
Centrally located near Mizner Park, the showroom will now be used to host a collaborative exhibit of both artists` paintings. Each artist has agreed to donate one painting benefiting The American Red Cross Palm Beach Chapter Hurricane relief fund. A private viewing will take place on Thursday December 1st, 2005 between 6:00-9:00pm for major collectors and galleries. The main event will be held on Saturday December 3rd, 2005 from 6:00-9:00pm at the Boca Gallery Warehouse, 272 S. Dixie Hwy. Boca Raton, FL.
With so many natural disasters occurring, it is comforting to see that some people, as well as organizations and businesses, are reaching out to help those in need. This art exhibition is one such example.
