Christian Country Star Doing Well

A two time winner of the "Academy of Western Artists Will Rogers Award", Royal Wade Kimes is a platinum hit songwriter who has worked with Garth Brooks, Diamond Rio, Gene Watson and many more. "Cowboy Cool" was voted one of the top 10 CDs of 2004 and continues to receive excellent reviews from publications like True West Magazine and Country Music People.

"I`m a Cowboy" by the Christian Country-Western music icon Kimes has debuted at number one on the Power Source Magazine Western Chart. The chart will be published in the July 2005 issue of the magazine. "I`m a Cowboy", which was not released as a single, appears on Kimes` critically acclaimed "Cowboy Cool" album.

Power Source Magazine hosts nine national music charts with approximately 100 reporting radio stations. The charts include Christian Country, Southern Gospel, Contemporary Christian, Country, Indie Country, Western, Western / Swing, Inspirational, and Bluegrass. Power Source is known as a primary supporter of the Annual Christian Country Convention and Awards Show.
