Comic Book Site For Comics Lovers

A brand new website, Your Comics Online, was designed for comic book collectors by comic book collectors. On the site, you can find information, auctions, news and links of interest of comic-related merchandise for comics lovers. Stu Berryhill, co-founder of Your Comics Online and long-time comic collector, said, `We want to be a forum for information on fair grading of comic books and correct shipping procedures that will help protect against damage. Another goal of the site is to help in the reduction of any other `negative phenomena` that tends to cheapen the comics we collect.`

`When Stu approached me about building the site, I was excited to begin the project. I have been a collector for years, and this gave me a chance to utilize my programming and design skills for a comic book collector`s Web site,` Shane Tripcony, co-founder of Your Comics Online and president of Tripcony Consulting, a web design and development company out of Little Rock, Ark., said.

Your Comics Online is a starting point for beginners, as well as a meeting place for veteran collectors. In addition to the site`s forum, there are articles on collecting for investment or fun, or for both, how to buy and sell online, how to safely ship comics, how to check for restoration, where to buy your supplies, and links to many of the excellent comic-related sites available that will help collectors fill in the gaps in a collection, or just find out how many `Captain Marvels` exist or how many issues of `Solar` comics have been published by Valiant Comics.
