Martha Stewart Still Under House Arrest

As Martha Stewart`s home confinement was finally drawing to a close with only a few days left of house arrest, an article in the New York Post put a screeching halt to her freedom. The Post stated that it showed Stewart touring her estate in her private vehicle and also attending a Yoga class nearby. Due to this recent publicity, Stewart has had 3 weeks added on to her sentence.

`I guess it wasnt enough for Stewart to be imprisoned and be subjected to home confinement...most feel that she has paid her debt to society,` says Stewart`s lawyer. `Martha Stewart has agreed to an extension of the terms of her home confinement until August 31st.`

This will of course be a very minor setback for Stewart as her future will undoubtedly become brighter as she regains absolute freedom. In addition, Stewart has a new television show beginning this fall: `The Apprentice: Martha Stewart`. This is sure to create some waves in television and put Martha Stewart back in the limelight - this time, for the right reasons.
