San Jose CPAs Help Baby Boomers Financially Plan

Victor Lloyd Burgess and Vincent T. Tusa, who are two financial representatives in San Jose, California, are reportedly excited about the new fall television season, because this September they will launch a new cable TV ad designed to convince Baby Boomers to plan for a long, happy future. Burgess and Tusa have already broke new ground in the past, when in January when they sponsored a "Retirement Extravaganza Open House" for retirees and seniors in the San Jose Bay Area.

The Retirement Extravaganza 2006 at the Biltmore Hotel & Suites in Santa Clara in January of this year was the first such event of its kind held, and its focus was on allowing upcoming retirees and seniors to talk directly to representatives of eight top insurance companies. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions, one-on-one, with a collection of different company representatives as well as of a Certified Public Accountant holding a Masters in Taxation, as well as with Licensed Life Health Agent.

The pair`s services cater to Baby Boomers` unique financial planning concerns. "Baby Boomers are retiring and have special needs and considerations in such large numbers, they are going to drive the social and economic needs in Northern California over the next few decades. More than 7,900 people are turning 60 each day in 2006, according to projections. That amounts to 330 people reaching that milestone every hour this year alone," they say.
