New Executive VP for FrontLine Compliance
FrontLine Compliance announced on September 12 that George "Chip" Arvantides has joined the firm, based out of Alexandria, Virginia, as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining FrontLine Compliance, Arvantides spent seven years as a Special Investigator with NASD`s Enforcement Department in Washington, D.C. FrontLine Compliance, LLC is a regulatory compliance firm that assists broker-dealers, investment advisers, investment companies, hedge funds, and insurance companies in areas of compliance administration and cost reduction

Arvantides will oversee all new business development and strategic alliances for the firm.
While at NASD, Mr. Arvantides worked on the regulator?s most high profile investigations, including market manipulation, day trading, research ? investment banking conflict of interest, email retention, mutual fund market timing, variable annuity suitability, and directed brokerage. In addition, Mr. Arvantides was previously with KPMG LLP as a consultant within their Forensic and Litigation division where he focused on uncovering fraud and funds mismanagement.
