Trust Brings Success

People generally tend to select a business that they trust whole-heartedly, regardless of whether or not a better deal is offered them in terms of money. This is very evident in the US where customers go to the stores they trust over and over again, for the simple reason that they feel comfortable. Having customers trust a company beyond all others is the epitome of a successful business.

A national independent study of consumers has shown that online consumer direct lender, E-LOAN is ranked as one of the top three most trusted companies in the United States for privacy, alongside worldwide brands Procter and Gamble and Hewlett-Packard. Consumers first ranked companies as part of an unaided recall survey. Then the top 20 finalists participated in a further review of their policies, practices and execution by an independent expert panel.

Analysts determined that P&G, HP and E-LOAN best upheld the trust each company has earned from its customers. Tess Koleczek, chief privacy officer at E-LOAN, says, "At E-LOAN, we firmly believe that the only way to truly earn a consumer`s business is to first earn their trust?. As a company that has been fighting to protect consumers` right to privacy since its inception, it is gratifying to have both consumers and industry experts respond so favorably and validate their efforts.
