NY Spirit Marketer Unveils Holiday Packages
Castle Brands Incorporated is an emerging developer and global marketer of premium branded spirits headquartered in New York, and on July 30 released its "spirited" (ha ha) holiday gift plans for the coming Christmas season. By spirits, of course, we`re not talking about ghosts but alcoholic drinks, such as vodka, rum, brandy, whiskey, and other liquors. Among the many brands being offered by Castle Brands are Boru Vodka, Gosling?s Black Seal Rum, Pallini Limoncello and Celtic Crossing.
Not surprisingly, many of the brands have an Irish twist to them. For instance, Boru Vodka was inspired by Brian Boru, who was the legendary high king of Ireland. In the year 1014, the warrior-king Boru led Ireland to victory against foreign invaders. To quote from the materials provided by Boru, "In the spirit of this tenacious defense, Boru Vodka upholds unsurpassed standards of quality and craftsmanship that have no rival." Boru was the Boudica of his day, only on another island.
As for other brands, the previously mentioned Celtic Crossing is being touted as a possible big seller. Celtic Crossing Liqueur has partnered with Blarney Glass to bring drinkers and collectors the "Nollaig" collection of Irish ornaments for your Christmas tree. The Celtic gift box comes in a burgundy color, is trimmed in gold and is imprinted with a bow and a gift card. There are four different ornament designs in each six-pack case.
