London Hotel Auction in August

If you ever wanted to be part of the refurbishment of a hotel, and you?re a contractor or business owner wanting some furnishings, you may just get that chance you?ve been waiting for, and before too long. Many hotels, in southern England and the capital, London, have been remodeling and it is in London that the latest hotel to undergo restoration is making it known that investors, contractors, buyers etc. are wanted. During the month of August 2006, it has been announced that bidders will be invited to tender offers to Pro Auction Limited for the content of 245 suites at The Westbury Hotel London, which is currently undertaking a refurbishment of the establishment.

The sale is expected to attract interest from across the board of establishments aspiring to the quality and standard of The Westbury, at a fraction of the cost paid for this first class quality furniture and fittings. Auctioneer Mark Flynn is confident in selling all of the items before the refit is even completed.

In addition to the sale of the suites Pro Auction offers for sale the entire contents of Pedmore House, which goes under the hammer on the August 23, 2006, in Stourbridge, the West Midlands. The entire facility is being sold to make way for redevelopment of the site later this year. Keep in mind, folks, that everything from the kitchens, to the conference and banqueting facilities, will be sold to the highest bidder. For those who are interested, Pedmore House must be seen as an interesting sale, especially given the quality of the chattel assets for sale, which include everything from the bar taps to the carpets.
