Donald Trump Jr. Ousted from Condo Board

The New York Post reported that Donald Trump Jr., the 28-year-old heir to Donald Trump, his father`s, real estate empire, was ousted from his condo-board, with the tenants alleged that Trump was "arrogant", "belligerent", and followed questionable management policies. On November 8, a meeting was set at Trump Place, Donald Trump`s $3 billion Upper West Side development on 220 Riverside Blvd., in which angry condo residents replaced all seven members of the board. One of the tenants complained to the paper saying: "They treated us with scorn - so it`s good riddance."

Trump Jr. said that the board elections were "possibly fraudulent" and that he intends to fight back against the tenant Eugenia Kaye, who Trump Jr. holds responsible for the coup. "I don`t like what happened," Trump Jr. said. "What Kaye did was very underhanded." She "spun a tale about purported mismanagement" then "sought out those tenants she thought would side with her," he told the Post. Once a sufficient number of tenants was available, Kaye asked them to sign a ballot with six board members. Trump Jr. complained that most of the absent voters believed they were voting for Kaye alone. Kaye is the wife of the filmmaker Tony Kaye. She was elected president of the board in the vote.

Trump Jr. is an executive vice president at his dad`s Trump Organization. Two years ago, he moved to the building. He has been serving as a board member since 2003, when he was appointed by Donald Trump.
