Luxury Home Sales Course to Pay Dividends


Don Burns, top producing RE/MAX Realtor in the Sugar Land Real Estate market, recently attended a training program for luxury home marketing offered by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a Dallas based company. "The course material was invaluable and provided new insight about the high end segment allowing me to fine tune my skills in this area," said Burns. "In addition, I learned of many new and creative tools for promoting expensive homes and estates."

Laurie Moore, President of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and author of the book, "Rich Buyer, Rich Seller! The Real Estate Agents? Guide to Marketing Luxury Homes", taught the course, course, which covered such topics as demographics of affluent home buyers and sellers, lifestyle segmentation, trends and amenities in today?s luxury home product, and creating a marketing plan for the multi million dollar property

"The Sugar Land Real Estate Market has a large number of homes in the high end marketplace," said Burns, "And that number is increasing. Homeowners in this market segment and potential buyers of these homes fit a different marketing profile, our team now has the tools to handle this special segment like no other.
