NCA Florida Chapter to Hold Meeting

Paul TeCroney, owner of TeCroney Concierge Services, former hotel concierge and pre-charter coordinator, and Cathy Orban, Club Concierge and Activities Director for Hammock Bay Golf and Country Club will hold an informational meeting on September 22, 6 p.m. at the Marco Ocean Beach Resort on Marco Island.

The Florida pre-charter chapter seeks to provide networking and educational opportunities for concierges and corporate partners (vendors) so they may be able to acquire the tools to provide professional service to all clientele.

In order for concierges to do their jobs correctly and meet their clients? needs requires education. In addition to weekly/monthly opportunities to attend local seminars, meeting and events, the NCA Annual Conferences feature educational seminars focused on latest industry trends, international networking and a tradeshow. Each of these is a golden chance for the concierge to sharpen their skills and knowledge.
