Offering some of the best writing found on the web or in print, The Scruffy Dog Review begins accepting submissions in October for its premiere issue publishing in January 2006. Issues will then appear every other month.

The venture is the brainchild of poet and novelist B.K. Birch, who serves as Publisher and Editor-in-Chief.
