Hovnanian Homes Awarded Stars

Homebuilder K. Hovnanian Homes in Raleigh was honored with three awards at the 2005 STARS Awards Gala. K. Hovnanian won a STARS Award for best brochure/direct mail piece for its NewHome101 campaign. The company also won two STARS ",Outstanding Achievement", Awards for the campaign - best logo design for a company and best billboard.

K. Hovnanian`s Newhome101 campaign and website is designed to appeal to first-time and move-up buyers by revealing the advantages of buying a newly constructed, technologically enhanced home versus an older house. The site also educates users about the advantages of home buying versus renting.

The North Carolina Homebuilders Association (NCHBA) STARS Awards took place during the 21st Century Building Expo &, Conference on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at the Westin Hotel in Charlotte. The awards show recognizes home building, sales and marketing professionals throughout North Carolina.
