Raleigh COC names new member to ExComm
Sepi Asefnia has been named to the Executive Committee for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Asefnia will serve as a liaison between the Chamber and the community to sustain and further develop the regions thriving economy and to enhance the community`s quality of life. Asefnia is President of SEPI Engineering Group, which provides transportation engineering and planning services to private and public sector clients across the southeast. SEPI Engineering Group is a certified Women Business Enterprise in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, and Maryland. Since its establishment in 2001 the firm has worked on projects in both the private and public sectors. Their experienced team of engineering professionals provides clients with transportation and environmental planning, traffic and noise analysis, civil and structural design, and public involvement services.

The Chamber has been representing the interests of the local business community for over a century and divides its work into three main lines of business, each of them with an eye toward economic expansion and a better quality of life including: product sales (Economic Development), product development (Government Affairs), and membership services (Membership Services and Small Business).
