Info Vision Group Expands Global Operations

Info Vision Group, which is among the largest independent IT enabled services companies in India, expands global customer care capabilities by adding another facility in Gurgaon to cater to its growing needs, with a production capacity of 300 seats.

Located in Gurgaon, India, Info Vision`s new facility will support it`s clients located in the UK, US and Australia providing customized solutions for CRM services and Customer Interaction Centers. The facility will support 24 x 7 operations is expected to be operational by November 2005. Info Vision is one of the largest independent IT enabled services companies in India. With over 14 years of experience, its 3,200 employees are focused on delivering solutions for call centers, database management and back office support services for domestic and international customers.
