Cerado`s `Social Customer Manifesto` Best Blog



A weblog written by Cerado co-founder Christopher Carfi, `The Social Customer Manifesto`, has been named by readers of SearchCRM as `Best CRM Blog of 2005`. Readers were asked to judge over 12 CRM-oriented blogs based on numerous characteristics, throughout October and November 2005. These characteristics included personality, usefulness, content and likelihood to encourage return visits. The Social Customer Manifesto topped the list as the best CRM blog of 2005.

Started in July, 2004, The Social Customer Manifesto has consistently provided commentary and conversation on a variety of topics that have included not only customer relationship management, but also sales, marketing and general business as well. Most importantly, these conversations center around the increasing power of the customer in business relationships.

`The Social Customer Manifesto,` a weblog written by Cerado co-founder Christopher Carfi, has been named `Best CRM Blog of 2005` in voting by readers of SearchCRM. Throughout October and November 2005, readers were asked to judge over a dozen CRM-oriented blogs on a variety of traits including personality, usefulness, content and likelihood to encourage return visits.
