Brooke Chase Opens Los Angeles Office

Joseph McElmeel, Chairman and CEO of Brooke Chase Associates, Inc., announced the appointment of James B. Douglass as President of Brooke Chase Associates of Los Angeles, Inc. located at 27520 Hawthorne Boulevard, Suite 166, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274.

Prior to opening the office in California, Mr. Douglass was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Ipsos-Insight Health Division, the third largest global marketing research firm. Previously he served as General Manager of Impath, Inc., a cancer information company providing sophisticated diagnosis, assistance in developing targeted therapies, and state-of-the-art anatomic pathology and cancer registry software. Mr. Douglass has also held senior management positions with NDC Health, and IMS America. He received his Doctorate in Applied Statistics and Research Design from Michigan State University.
