Lets Talk Announces Two New Directors

Art Cooksey, Chairman and CEO of Lets Talk Interactive, Inc. (LTI), announced today the appointment of Michael P. Harden and James J. Cooksey to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Harden is a seasoned international executive and business leader with extensive experience in building successful businesses. He currently serves as CEO of Accel-A-Tech, a homeland security technology accelerator in Northern Virginia. He is often interviewed and quoted in numerous newspapers and magazines such as The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times, has appeared on CNNs Money Line, testified before several Congressional Committees on technology matters and consulted with business and government leaders around the world. He is also an adjunct professor at three universities where he teaches graduate level strategic planning and entrepreneurship.

Mr. Cooksey is an experienced business executive in the technology and engineering sectors. He served as President and CEO for the Pottsville/Schuykill Technology Incubator, a position he held between 2001-2003. His previous experience includes Director of Manufacturing at Allied Signals Engineered Materials Sector. At Allied, Mr. Cooksey managed a $100 million business unit with 450 people and was responsible for many multi-million dollar expansions. Additionally, he has been awarded nine US patents.
