EmployeeROI announces Gail Blanke

September 21, 2004 -- A renowned executive coach and presentation skills trainer, Blanke has advised CEOs, presidential candidates, college presidents and even a jazz musician. A well known U.S. Senator recently remarked, Youve enabled me to find qualities in myself I didnt know I had and express myself with power, grace and persuasion. What a difference youve made.

A best selling author, Ms. Blankes latest book, BETWEEN TRAPEZES: Flying into a New Life With the Greatest of Ease was published by Rodale in August 2004. Her first book, Taking Control of Your Life: The Secrets of Successful Enterprising Women, sold more than a half million copies. Ms. Blankes book In My Wildest Dreams, Living the Life You Long For appeared on Amazon.coms Best Selling Books list and the New York Times Business Best Seller List. She was the sole guest on the Oprah Winfrey Show in October 1998 where she used concepts from her book to help empower audience members to live fulfilling lives.

At the last executive symposium event, this past June, 75 women business leaders participated in an interactive leadership workshop. They talked with Daniel White, a top Leadership Coach and Senior Managing Director at EmployeeROI, about the recently promoted [woman] President of a Pharma company who with coaching and over time learned to let go of those tasks that had distinguished her career as a manager (solving hour to hour and day to day crisis), instead empowering the managers now reporting to her so she could focus on the planning 12 months ahead. The theme of the September 22nd breakfast Embracing, thriving, profiting from change builds upon the insight and passion shared in June and was inspired partly by Gails presentation and new book Between Trapezes.

I watched on video tape one of Gails recent presentations to the women leaders at a Fortune 50 firm at the end, alone in my office, I rose to my feet and applauded, says William Shulman, CEO of EmployeeROI.

Over 100 women business leaders Director through Chairwoman will be in attendance, for this event the 7th since 2002 under the EmployeeROI Executive Symposium for Women Business Leaders banner. This conference is co-sponsored by: AXA Financial, Boardroom Bound, Madrinas A Latina Leaders Network, National Association for Female Executives, Patriot Career Network, The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, Trendsetters Network, Women`s American ORT, Women In Technology International (WITI) and World-Wide Business Centres.
