Fuzhen Group, a Chicago and San Francisco-based, organizational development services firm announces the merger of its client the Inspiration Corporation with The Employment Project. The Inspiration Corporation is a greater metropolitan non-profit organization possessing the mission of assisting people in improving their lives through the provision of social services, housing, and employment training in an atmosphere with dignity and respect. Fuzhen Group has been retained to manage the organizational change and development aspects of the Inspiration Corporation merger. Beginning September 28, 2004 Fuzhen is hosting a 3-day learning seminar, Leadership and Relationship Management: Driving Change in Teams, Departments and Organizations, for team members of Inspiration Corporation and The Employment Project to address some of the common communication challenges organizations face in the midst of change. In addition, this seminar will provide attendees with the thought processes to ask better questions and determine the true meaning of an individuals messages. The goal of this initial engagement will be to grow the Inspiration Corporation into a learning organization, which addresses issues of organizational stress proactively before costly problems arise. At present, over 80 percent of all mergers and acquisitions do not reach expectations, Fuzhens goal is to hedge this risk by teaching organizations to address their own needs in a better, more efficient fashion. Over the next few months, Fuzhen Group will continue its work with the Inspiration Corporation to provide for stronger intra-organizational communication facilitation, more efficient meeting management, and greater buy-in for strategic planning into the future. In all markets, increasing the speed to change without delaying productivity will result in greater organizational success.
