eDigitalResearch builds enhanced reporting tools into eCustomerOpinions empowering users to make faster commercial decisions. Online market research trailblazer, eDigitalResearch, has introduced a host of enhanced reporting tools and innovative features for eCustomerOpinions (eCos), its online survey research system. eCos delivers real-time research and feedback from both online visitors and profiled, opted-in email contacts.
