Momentum Group Inks Deal With Iatria Day Spa

Terry Espy, President of Momentum Group Inc., has announced that the firm has recently coordinated the real estate brokerage of the new Iatria Day Spa to be located in the Progress Energy Building in Downtown Raleigh. Momentum Group has been contracted to act as project manager for the design and fit up of the new facility. The 4100 square foot office space, anticipated to be completed in early summer, is equipped with 20 foot vaulted ceilings and will be designed in a 1940s/50s Hollywood theme.
